Yesterday I did a pretty rough leg day. I’m up about 4-6 pounds from last week weighing myself every morning. WOOT

Squat – 10×115     8×135     8×135     8×135     10×115

Sumo squat     8x115     8×115     8×135

deadlift 8×135     8×135     7×135     7×135

back extentions w/ 25lb weight     4 sets of 6

leg press (feet together/ up high)     10×200     8×250     8×270     8×295     8×295

calf raises     10×200     10×250     10×270

A 10 minute section of abs

my back and core are freaking KILLING me today -_-
